🔥 Mike’s Sticky & Juicy Honey-Garlic Glazed Lamb Chops
Tender, juicy lamb chops with a sweet, sticky honey-garlic glaze that caramelizes beautifully. Rich, flavorful, and restaurant-quality right at home!
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
8–10 lamb loin or rib chops (about ¾–1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary (optional but amazing with lamb)
For the Juicy Glaze:
â…“ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp butter
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Pat the lamb chops dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chops 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add all glaze ingredients except butter. Simmer 2–3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Return the lamb chops to the pan and spoon the glaze generously over them. Cook 3–5 more minutes, flipping and basting constantly until the chops reach 135–140°F for medium-rare (or your preferred doneness) and the glaze is thick and sticky.
Remove from heat, swirl in the butter for extra shine and richness. Rest 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
Pro Tip: Serve with roasted vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, or fluffy rice to soak up every drop of that incredible glaze. Your family will be fighting over the last chop!
