Quick 15-Minute Veggie Stir-Fry

Quick 15-Minute Veggie Stir-Fry — healthy, colourful, and full of flavour.

Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something nutritious without spending hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients (serves 2-3):
• 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, red & yellow bell peppers, snow peas)
• 200g firm tofu (or chicken breast), cubed
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce:
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok on medium-high heat.
3. Add garlic and onion, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add tofu (or chicken) and cook until lightly browned (4-5 minutes).
5. Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
6. Pour in the sauce and stir everything for another 1-2 minutes until well coated.
7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
